About Us

Driveline started serving Ontario in 1984 as a Transmission shop run by Dwight Macarther. Dwight transitioned into primarily drivetrain and driveshaft services in 1990. The shop continued to focus on Drivetrain and Driveshafts for the next 30 years establishing Driveline as the go to for the industries driveline needs. In 2021 Dwight was looking towards retirement and wanted to pass the torch to people he knew and trusted. That's where Darcy stepped in. With Darcy's experience within the transmission industry Driveline has seen significant growth and expansion of products being made available to the automotive repair industry

Darcy is a licensed automotive technician as well since 1995. Darcy brings his wealth of experience to the Driveline team from his experience in the transmission parts industry. Previous to Darcy's employment at Driveline he was the Ontario sales manager for Canada's largest transmission parts provider. This experience has allowed Driveline to expand its product offering to the automotive industry, to further service and expand the customer base.
